After three decades leading global software engineering teams — most recently as VP R&D at Qlik, heading ~140 engineers building analytics used worldwide — Floyd retired to practise as a therapist full-time. His own lived experience with neurodivergent family members, alongside advanced training in BPD, ADHD and autism, drives the work. As President of the Ottawa Network for BPD he leads the Family Connections program for roughly 150 families a year, and sits on the Family Advisory Council at The Royal Ottawa Hospital. He pairs that real-world depth with neuroscience and evidence-based therapy to help you discover how your brain works — and find hope through clarity of purpose and freedom of action.
It's a great day for a breakthrough. Floyd's mantra
